    @ccsito:
    LOL

    I think I'll also wait a few weeks, to avoid any unpolished finishing.

    (I said the same with SP3.. I hope I can keep my word now lol)

    I'm running here RC1 and can confirm Paul's appraisal. FF 3 is excellent!

    I'm using RC3, it's very good. I think that if Firefox 2 failed, this will be the best browser.:thumb:

    I have been running Firefox V3 since RC2 exclusively. In fact, I uninstalled Firefox V2. IMHO it is more "ready" than IE 7. ;)

    This sounds like an interesting feature from the link that chachazz posted.

    You should read the forums on the Spread Firefox webpage, man are there some ticked off people, lol. I do question though how they are supposed to reach their goal if it will be well into June 18th before it's available for some parts of Europe and other spots to download. I'll agree with the posters on one thing, I can't stand PDT time.

    Not here it isn't, it will be available at 1pm in my state. Personally I think this was a dumb idea anyway, just release the browser and get it over with.

    :D Any particular reason you're still on 1.5?

    LOL.
    if i was you i would try firefox 3 even if you try the portable version first to see how it runs.
    i found 1.5 very unstable. 2.0 started off unstable as well. its alright now.
    version 3.0 RC's have been very stable.

    I haven't seen Firefox this stable since it was still Phoenix, Firefox 2 was a nightmare for me, especially after the last couple of patches.

    Final is the same build as RC3, the date stamp is the same for both.
