Moving the OS to another partition...

    Moving partitions...

    Can I move a partition to another drive without having to destroy all partitions currently on the drive I wish to move the additional partition to?

    Hello cdplayer,

    Is it a system partition you want to move? Is there a system partition on the destination drive? If you restore only one partition the restoration will not delete all the others. It uses unallocated space if any to create a new partition or delete only the selected partition (the one where the source will be restored)

    I have move the system partition over to a new HD. All is well.
