mouse troubles, please help

    I made a bootable rescue media with a CD-RW and when i restarted my computer, the program appeared but i found next trouble:.......my mouse it doesn't work......do you know how can i resolve this trouble?

    The mouse problem has been discussed a few times. I've encountered it myself. If you are using a cordless mouse switching to a corded PS2 mouse should fix it and if that doesn't fix it or if you wan't TI to work with your mouse just install Logitech Mouseware (free from the Logitech site). Even if you don't have a Logitech mouse it will still work. Numerous people have pointed out to me that it could not possibly fix the problem since the TI boot CD operates outside of Windows but it does work. When I don't use the Mouseware program I have the same problem as you but after installing Mouseware in Windows my cordless mouse works perfectly when using the Acronis boot CD outside of Windows.
