I got a response from support. They want me to try a new ISO image.
I can't test it now but I will test it later tonight and post the results.

    I have TIH 4940.

I also have a similar problem - If I try to restore from the secure zone (F11), if I touch my mouse (Logitech wireless). The system reboots.

Support gave me an image of 9.0 Home and it works like a charm.
    No problems.
I think they are wanting me to use that as a workaround until they get the problem with 10.0 resolved.

I'm having the same problem with a Dell Dimension L667r - touching the mouse causes a reboot. Is there a link for downloading a patch or the 9.0 image?

Same issue here on an old Dell GX110.

I don't mind using the keyboard to navigate through the screens. But when I'm trying to pull an image and I come up on the "Comments" screen in the wizard, I don't know how to "Next" through that screen. Hitting Tab just tabs over.

Does anyone know the keyboard shortcut to get through this screen?

    Hello jb098 and jbeevers,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please make sure you use the latest build of the respective version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after updating.

If updating doesn't solve the problem, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

Please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

You can use the following key combinations to operate within a wizard:
    - Tab and arrow keys – to move focus between controls;
    - Alt-[letter] - to activate the control with the highlighted [letter] (i.e. Alt-N – to press the Next button; Alt-B – to press the Back button).

    Thank you.
