Most trusted online proxy sites

This to me is probably the most trustworthy online proxy I have seen.

There are quite a few popping up that are pretty much the same like this:
http://www.httpsurf.com/

This site uses the same script as dozens of others which makes me wonder how legit it is a who really runs it.

Please give your list of trusted online proxy sites that you firmly believe are not being monitored by big brother.

Some of these services, like BoxofProx, are not working anymore or either require you to be registered (Proxify), and even blocks Tor (which is ridiculous).
