monitoring running processes

if i look at the processes running in task manager, will it show me everything that is running or can trojans and spyware run invisibly? thanks

 

One of the rootkits (trojan) brags that it will run invisibly. I can't find the reference at the moment - will check later...

BTW, both ProcessGuard and Anti-Executable have demonstrated the blocking of the installation of the driver of FU rootkit.
