mmmm... Renewal???

    Hi there. I got a warning that my licence will expire, and i went to the eset pages and purchased another year. So far so good. I got a mail in return from eurosecure with my "new" licence information, but it contains the same username and password that i already haveo_O

    Hello,

    When you renew your license, you do receive the same username and password as you had previously. That is normal behavior.

    If your installation is still telling you that the license is about to expire, it may take 24-48 hours for the renewal to synchronize through our system. If that time period has passed and you still receive the warning, please open a support ticket.
