missing or invalid file

    I have been trying to add spyblaser and after it downloads and installs it won't open. I get the message component MSCOMCTL.OCY or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. A file is missing or invalid. I have uninstalled and tryed again several times and get the same message. I have windows Me and have Zone Alarm and Norton 2003 on my computer. Any ideas will be much appreciated.
