"Missing Operating System" message with NOD32 Rescue USB Flash Drive

    I made both a NOD32 SysRescue CD and bootable flash drive. I followed the instructions found on "How do I use ESET SysRescue to create a bootable USB flash drive, CD or DVD? (4.0)".

    I must have followed the instructions correctly as the CD works but I continue to get the message "Missing operating system" on any PC or laptop I have used the USB flash drive on.
    Yes, I have changed the BIOS to allow booting from USB devices.

    Has anyone ever managed to get SysRescue to work with a USB flash drive? Any tips?
