Missing File

    I am trying to upgrade to v6 but only get part way through when the instal stops with a message that it can't find "ei_D329.msi".

    Can someone point me to when I can get this file please?

    I assume you removed it from the c:\windows\installer folder. Please uninstall ESS in safe mode using the Uninstall tool.
