Migrating from SAN disk to physical disk

Has anyone done this? We are moving from 4 drives (SAN LUNs) to one internal disk that is divided into 4 primary partitions. The new partitions are bigger than the SAN images. All went well until I booted. It goes to the screen that saying "trying to boot from c:" and just sits there.

The only clue I have is that HDM grays out the fix boot member option for drive C:.

Anyone have any advice? Paragon has not responded on this issue yet. I though the forum might be faster.
