Migrate Easy question

I currently have a 320GB disk divided into 4 partitions with drive letters C: D: E: and F: assigned to them. I have a brand new 160GB disk that I would like to migrate the C: D: and E: partitions to. Obviously, C: is my primary and active drive for the OS (Win XP Sp2) and drive D: is dedicated to application installations.

Can I use Migrate Easy to transfer just drives C:, D:, and E: to the new 160GB disk, and if so, will I be able to resize the new partitions on the new disk so they are larger? Currently, these partitions are only 15GB each and I would like to make them larger if possible.
