    European companies worry more about the fact that all cloud data located at clouds owned by US companies are always and directly accessible by numerous US agencies who need no warrant or anything these days.
    Business folks are all to aware of the new 'All your cloud data (then also) belongs to the US'. HIPAA standardized or not.

    My thoughts exactly. I'd rather keep my data in Europe :)

    Just look Google's collection of other country's data.
