    I dont understand this so called "post PC era" it be along time before PCs are phased out IMHO. there is currently nothing else which has the same raw power as Desktops have. plus large screens are needed to do some proper work.
    Plus whatever you call the next evolution it will still technically be a pc even if its called a smart phone,laptop,tablet or what ever is next and will still need an operating system.

    I can see myself possibility getting a tablet at somepoint if i can find enough uses for it but i will always have a desktop PC as well.
