I hope IE9 will be an Improvement to IE8 and Not just a Make-Up...

    -Their Favorites Manager is primitive!

-The don't even have a Paste & Go Button
    or
    a Paste & Go Right-Click Option!

As far as -the all important web browsing experience- with IE,
I found it Not important at all. Actually, it was not a browsing experience but a browsing trouble...

Like million users, I have replaced IE with another browser since 2006.

Missing IE features, like a more flexible Bookmarks and Download Manager and a Configurable AdBlocker,
    as well as,
the lack of even a 'Paste & Go' button or Right-Click Option for it,
and other simple features that FF, Opera, and Chrome have offered long ago
all show that IE has a long way to cover.

I hope that MS will not let the IE Fanboys down
    by offering just a Make-Up of IE8.

I share your hopes as I'm getting bored of Chrome.

On average I try each browser a month or two before getting bored and moving on. IE8 lasted a week and it's never come back into the loop :( Although I do occasionally use a bit of IE8x64 for shopping etc.

Why would you switch browsers on a whim like a pair of shoes?

You're asking that at Wilders? Lol. People around here switch programs like they do underwear, it's normal. Besides, why not test out browsers? That's the only way you'll ever know which one is right for your personal preferences and specific needs. No forum post, review, or test by another company can accomplish that.
