    Location:
USA still the best. But barely.
All of the things it does I don't want done.

    - Turns on your Windows Firewall.
    I have a 3rd party FW.

    - Antivirus software: Checks your Antivirus protection status.
    My AV already does this.

    - Turns on Automatic Update.
I have WU set to notify only.

    - Pop-blocker: Enabling Pop-up Blocker
    I don't use IE.

    - Remote Registry: The Windows Remote Registry service enables remote users to modify registry settings on this computer. If this service is
stopped the registry can be modified only by users on this computer as opposed to over the network.
So does it turn it on or off?

    - Internet Explorer: The package will inform you if you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed.
Again I don't use IE besides IE updates come through WU.

    - Enables User Account Control (UAC).
    First thing I turn off.

    - Proxy Settings: If malicious software has modified your Internet Proxy settings, therefore making it difficult to get online, the package will reset your settings so you can browse the internet normally.
If this happens my OS is fubared & I'll just reimage.
