Microsoft amongst biggest Linux supporters

    MS developers were responsible for 688 changes in the kernel source code since 2.6.36, which equals 1% of all contributions. (in 17th place).

    Many would be those that 'suit' MS, like making Linux compatible as a guest in MS virtualisation solutions.

    Based on number of commits it took over the past 2 or so years to finally gets its hyperv code accepted - not that impressive !

    I find it hilarious that Samsung has contributed more to Linux than Google has, being the no.1 Android phone maker, yet not making Android. Hell, even Nokia has!
