Messenger and Hotmail

I access my Hotmail through MSN Messenger. In the last few days almost everytime i try to check my email this page and login box(see screenshot) pops up.

Never seen this before. The funny thing is all i have to do is close that login box and page(no login there) retry hotmail link in Messenger and it goes straight to my email account as it always has(sometimes it goes to a blank screen that says done first in which case i close it and retry again)

My question is, why is this billing.microsoft.com login box all of a sudden showing up and how do i eliminate it from reappearing?
