Hi, I am working on an infected hard drive running with Windows Vista on it. I have it slaved to my "virus removal" machine. NOD32 and other removal apps have found and dealt with various infections (trojans etc) but I have one last issue remaining according to NOD32:

MBR sector of the 3. physical disk - probably unknown TSR.BOOT virus [7] - unable to clean

Should I be worried about this? There are two partitions on the HDD, the OS partition and recovery partition. I am unsure whether any boot managers are being used.

Where do I go from here?
