I am currently trying out Smart Security on the 30 day trial. The two mornings so far I have had when the PC has booted up SS tells me it is at risk. I then have to manually set the maximum protection. Is there something wrong? Or is supposed to be manually done?

There seems to be some issues with your install. Did you check it for malware? If malware free, reinstall Eset

OK. I have a major problem. It is not showing in my add/remove programs. I tried via the start menu and going to the all programs, and it said this action is only valid for products that are currently installed.
So how do I now uninstall and reinstall it? Without a wipe and starting from scratch. Thanks.
