Massive amount of generated files

    The ESET File Security for Linux system generates files in the tmp folder on our Linux servers. The Files are called bt.esets_daemon.xxxxxx . It generates several thousand files every day. As we discovered it today the servers had around 1,5 million files each.

    Anyone that have any idea why these files are generated and how to stop the servers from doing so?

    The AV system else looks to work fine.
