    there is a fine way to update a NOD32 installation manually :

    All you need is a fine working legal installation of NOD32 that updates online.

    Ok so we RAR/ZIP up the updfiles directory and the files nod32.000 - .006

    What I don't get next is the part where you say:

    Then copy to the other offline installation keeping directory structure. ---> I don't understand this step o_O

    Then update, doing what, clicking the "Update now"?

    i mean just overwrite the destination folder and simply reboot the pc or the NOD32 service
