Running a NOD32 manual scan I get this alert:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Nick\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK25\SmitFraudFix.zip »ZIP »SmitfraudFix/Process.exe - Win32/PrcView application

Switching on viewing hidden folders & system files I am unable to find this directory. I did find the file in an Outlook attachment that was in my sent folder. I deleted the file & re-scanned, but the file alert keeps popping up on manual scan.

It's not a "suspect" file. Process.exe is an integral part of S1Ri's SmitFraudFix application, which you were no doubt asked to download and run at a malwaremoval help forum.

It is a program used to halt system processes. As antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, they sometimes alert the user.

I was sending the file to a customer. I realise that it's a false positive - the issue is, that I'm wodering why I can't manually find the file.
