MBAM deal also includes FREE AVG Anti-Virus 2012.
I didn't see that inclusion the first time I looked.
    Here is the direct link.
    Great deal, FTP. :thumb:

Of course it would go on sale 3 days after I purchased it at regular price. This always happens to me for some reason, even at brick and mortar stores :D

Next time you're about to purchase something, tell yourself to wait three days. ;)

I agree, the price is more than right for such a well-regarded product :thumb:

Same here actually. Perhaps they put the sale up too early and pulled it?

I just got a page that said they apologize and are having problems with their server.
    That must be it.
Otherwise, I was going to suggest that people use Promo Code EMCJJNA242 at checkout when everything gets back to normal on the site, and you must log in to enter the Promo Code. :thumb:

Do they send you the license in a box? Or it's an electronic delivery where they only send you the license?
If it's electronic delivery i'll get one but if it's not i guess i'll have to skip. o_O

I don't think MBAM has an actual shrink-wrapped boxed product ((I've never seen one at least)), but I know you can ask for a backup CD along with your order on their website. My guess with Newegg is that you simply get mailed the license key. But that's nothing more than a guess.

I just confirmed it is working.
I logged in and used the Promo Code and $17.99 was deducted from the $29.99 price to give you the $12.00 deal.

That comes in the box set, no extra charge.
Actually I think it is a reflection from the glass top on the desk.
    Or there are spirits. :shifty:

By the way, I reviewed my purchase history on Newegg and I scored MBAM Pro for 10 bucks back in June, so I think the box set came from them.
But I have purchased MBAM from other stores as well, so I can't say for sure.
    I got a copy once for 99¢. :)

Ghost-in-a-box huh? I guess that saves a lot of gas, equipment purchasing and getting permission from cranky landowners to go stalking properties in the dead of night :D

I just never knew they boxed it. It's actually quite difficult to find boxed software period in physical stores anymore, at least security products.

Not going to work, the company would just delay their sale for three days. There's probably something like Murphy's law covering that, maybe found in The Hitchhiker's Guide.

I agree that the great MBAM is still a bargain at full price for a lifetime license.

Maybe he should wait 6 days then? 9 to be sure.
And then, if he misses the sale because it ended, he can purchase a hand-carved sign at a crafts fair that says,
He Who Hesitates Is Lost.

PS - I can't believe I'm actually thinking about buying more licenses. Ha ha. MBAM stocking stuffers. :)

Sorry DBone, but I did not complete the purchase... I just wanted to see if the $12 deal was in place.
I already own more than a few MBAM licenses. :)

OK, thanks.:) I am guessing that I will receive a boxed version from reading my receipt. If anyone else orders from this special, let me know if you receive a license key.

Me too, but i thought for $12 dollars, why not. Unfortunately this offer is for USA only. Thought it was an electronic download, but they post you the disc I guess.
For some bizarre reason, I thought MBAM was a British company, but it appears not.
    From their site
    Where is Malwarebytes?

Malwarebytes would like to be located deep underground in an airtight bunker accessible only through a secret underwater cave with at least three steel-plated airlocks. Instead, Malwarebytes has offices in San Jose, California. They do not have any airlocks but the office vacuum is extremely powerful. :D

You're probably aware of this already, so just saying... even when the product is delivered non-electronically (shrink wrap box) you still get an ID # and a Key.
I usually don't use the CD, just download the program and insert my numbers. Good luck, DBone.

@ mick92z, yeah, it's tough to resist such an awesome product at these prices. :thumb:
