Malware subscription and Privacy Expert

My Malware licence has just expired and of course cannot be renewed as it is now a discontinued product. However a side effect of this is that now the whole suite of programs no longer work as it expects the Malware component to have a current licence.

I've just emailed support on this, pointing out that the program as a whole has been paid for, and the only subscription part is the Malware database.

Perhaps they have a way of re-enabling PE just without the Malware capability.
