Malware Site?

Is the following a malware site or is it just me being paranoid?

I found it when doing a Google search for adding subtitles in videos.

edit: forgot to add - it uses javascript of automatically redirect and download a file.

edit2: should've added that it gets redirected to hxxp://avproscan.com

yes it is a fake antivirus download,i just went ahead and download it but gswall and eqsecure block it dead without any scratches at least i know i am secure
