Major Problems with Firefox Bookmarks!

I'm having Major problems saving my bookmarks to Firefox. The dialog box looks completely different than it did previously. The page name is always showing the name of the previous page I bookmarked, or is blank. If the location I want to save the bookmark to is already highlighted it will save the bookmark somewhere else so I have to navigate to the folder again anyways. I cannot edit folder names anymore in the same way I was before. Below is the bookmark dialog box I am getting now. Does anyone know how to get the default one back?
