Mailwasher - How Uninstall completely?

    HI, I have changed from an old version of Mailwasher to v 6.3. I uninstalled the old one and installed the new. Now the new will not open telling me mailwasher is already running! Where? Can't find any trace. Help!!!! Harry

    Did you reboot after uninstall. If not do so and try again. And let us know. Also, if the problem is still there, Firetrust, Mailwasher publisher has a decent support.

    Do you still have a shortcut in the taskbar? If so close or delete it.

    You could have installed over the top. I've always done it that way. Did you save the setup.exe? I recently got an e-mail from Firetrust saying that a new version is due to be released within a month. I found v6.3 to be a little buggy and reverted back to 6.1, and am patiently waiting for the new release to try.
