Macrium Reflect free, How restore Dual Boot ?

    I just installed yesterday Windows 8 Pro in dual boot with my Windows 7 Home edition. Both are working fine.
    Question: I would like to backup both partitions into separate backups (Easy), But what will happened If I want :

    1- Restore Windows 7 partition ? . Does the windows 8 boot BCD and sector 0 will be over writen ?
    2 - Same scenario if restoring the Windows 8 partition ?
    I have seen that the dual boot is stored into Boot folder of the 1st partition (C:\Boot)
    Does anyone has an answer ?
