Download CWShredder and run. Be sure ALL other windows are closed use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

There also may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:

    C:\Program Files\TV Media\ <-- entire folder
    C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\ <-- entire folder
    C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\bxxs5.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\stcloader.exe <-- entire folder
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\slmss\ <-- entire folder
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\vrsjan.exe
c:\windows\temp\ <-- Delete EVERYTHING inside of this folder.
    C:\Program Files\VBouncer\ <-- entire folder

Reboot and then post a fresh HijackThis log.

    Hi shane3fan,

    Zip a copy of worm.exe.
Go to Kaspersky's Online Virus Scanner.
Upload the zipped worm.exe and see what it finds out about it.

I would strongly suggest you do an online virus scan and run a resident AV scanner if you are not already. Some good online scans can be found HERE.

A couple more items and then you will be clean.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_ - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Antivirus] C:\WINDOWS\av.exe

There also may be hidden files. See HERE for how to show hidden files.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:

    C:\WINDOWS\av.exe

Reboot and then post a fresh HijackThis log.

    Regards,
    Kent
