    I have spent all day trying to kill these 2 off......and have just downloaded this package to have another go at the :mad: buggers....to no avail!!!
    I have just done the setup but there is no "tools" option.....help :oops:

    Please download, unzip and run CWShredder

    If that doesn´t help or it returns after reboot:
    Could you post your HijackThis log
    Download, Unzip and run HijackThis. Then click Scan > Save log, save the log as a .txt file and copy & paste its content into your next post.
    Don´t fix anything yet. Most of what it finds is harmless.
