Lots Of Folders In DefenseWall - What Can I Delete?

    DefenseWall it seems at times fills up with folders it marks as Untrusted that are well, no security risk at all, as an example, many times something I downloaded and it marks the complete folder directory.

    Anyhow I've taken a screenshot to ask if anyone sees anything else here that I can remove.
