I thought you (or your friend, actually) had discovered a new BHO listing and rushed right over to look at it!
What you have "found" is a new mirror of Tony Klein's excellent BHO list. That made your post worthwhile to me, even though it's not new (well, it is new to the ComputerCops website). Thanks!!

For those that aren't familiar with this list, here's a key/legend for the STATUS column:

X = Certified spyware/foistware, or other malware.
L = Legitimate item.
O = Open to debate.
? = Unknown status.
BHO = Browser Helper Object
TB = Tool Bar

And, before anyone tries turning the entire list into a custom blocking list, please note that there are legitimate BHOs also listed, not just bad ones.
