Yesterday I unfortunately had to completely reinstall Windows with no backup and I am having trouble getting Eset Smart Security to work, let alone download. I have tried the password recovery page on Eset's website but have yet to receive an email even though it says I will. Can anybody shed some light on my situation? :doubt:

Okay, I have been checking my spam folder and my email. I am just getting worried because these things are usually almost instant. Does anyone know if this is done by humans? That would explain it.

I'm having the same problem -- very frustrating.

I've filled out the "Retrieve License Details" page several times:
    http://www.eset.com/support/lost-license

I actually have the username, but don't have the password. I also know the email address it was registered under.

When filling it out, they say "we'll email you shortly". In the KB article, it says their website will send it directly to your email.

Well, not a single email from ESET. I've checked the spam folder. I'm getting emails from everyone else.

    I'm having the same issue.

Rmuffler, you say to email you but I don't see a link...

This is such a lame situation.

I have the username + password from my other computer (3 Licensed seats) but the app refuses to update.
