Lost ID number for ESET

    Hi, can anyone in support tell me how to retrieve my ID number from ESET? I installed Windows8 without realizing that it would wipe out Eset AND the email with the information I require to put it back on again. Please help!!!!:'(

    Your license number?

    You should be able to use the "lost license" facility here - you will need access to the email account used to register the license - or purchase it originally:

    http://go.eset.com/us/support/lost-license/

    Enter your email and the license details will be emailed to you.
