Look'n'Stop Support Quality

    Hi L'n'S users,

    I just bought Look'n'Stop and I would like to ask for your opinion regarding the L'n'S support.

    A few days ago I made an enquiry regarding license issue with the FirstDefense-ISR. I used the registered user technical support form. But so far no reply.

    I submitted another support request ... still no answer.

    I then wrote an e-mail directly to looknstop@soft4ever.com yesterday. Until now no reply.

    I just like your opinions on the matter of the support response.

    Hi GreenWhite,

    I think Frederic may be on holidays ATM, he hasn't been online since Aug 6th (everyone is entitled to holidays including developers), they are also currently working on an update to LnS '2.05p3'. I can't answer your question about the standard response time, but if you ask your question here someone may be able to answer it.

    I can understand that. I'm glad to hear about the new update.

    Anyway I have just received a reply from the L'n'S support team and everything that I had asked for, had been clarified.
