Looking for PhotoShop plug-in like this one

I have had a licence for the PS plug-in linked to below for years but have not been able to figure out how to use most of the set of filters. The documentation is terrible. To make matters worse not only was the set rather expensive, but I really do need a set of filters that provide this capacity.

If anyone knows of a set I would appreciate hearing about it.

If anyone does know how to use the Squizz filters I would really like to hear from you.

Probably I should post this sort of thing on a PS forum and no doubt eventually I will.
