Looking for Best practices policy Endpoint Antivirus 5.x

At my company I'm assigned to set up the policies Endpoint Antivirus 5.x, and I've been looking for best practices for configurating policies.

Is there a PDF on this? Also I've been looking for a PDF with in depth information about all the options of a policy. We are using Endpoint Antivirus 5.x in combination with the Remote Administrator server.

I like this idea. I explored in the configuration manager by myself, and called for ESET support when problems showed up. A comprehensive guide will be highly appreciated.

 

I just purchased and deployed EFSW and EEA for our organization (35 servers and 425 workstations). I used the following guides:

I also configured alerts & notifications and modified some of the other scanning features before building the packages. It truly is a robust product that is easy on system resources.
