    Hello again,

It is time to renew all programs that are not working well.

I've got Privacy Eraser...but I'm not really satisfied. It does not erase everything, traces of our privacy internet surfing remain on my computer.

So, I decide to looking for a good privacy programs working on W98SE which can remove swap file and index dat definitely without any trace of my surfing.

Of course, it will remove Cache browser, recycle Bin, cookies...

    All your suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks for your contribution

Another thing to do as far as removing cookies and cache is to run a Portable version of Firefox on a USB thumbdrive. You can set your cache at 0 MB and have it set to erase history, cookies, etc upon browser close. This to me is ultimate internet browsing privacy because no trace whatsoever will be written to the hard disk.

I use System TuneUp which is a newer version of Ace Utilities made for newer os.
    For Windows 98 Ace works.
SuperCleaner does index.dat files, may be worth a look.

If the OS is running in ram, all records of your internet surfing will be eliminated once you reboot the computer.
