Looking for a Linux version which is simlar to Windows

    I highly recommand you try the following distros:
    - Centos and read on Centos guides in here with step by step instructions
    - Debian, a little harder to figure out but the distro is the most stable distro I have used and has least bugs.
    - OpenSuse, easiest to get going
    All 3 of these distros will require some terminal work to get the OS running well. After that you will not have to use terminal at all. I ran debian and I dont remember last time I used command line.

    Oh just one more thing. Before starting on Linux 1.5 years ago, I had never used command line, never used DOS or anything like that. So really, I feel like these days even the more difficult distros were truely made for dummies.
