'Look at this IP' plugin with URL

I am really enjoying the plugins, 3rd party & official.

For the 'Look at This IP' plugin it seems pretty straightforward, but I tried a number of my favorite IP lookup, whois, tracert sites and don't see a way to make them work with the plugin even thought it says it works with both URLs or executables.

Since it seems to just paste the IP in question to the end of a URL, how would one set this up to work with a website that uses forms?

I was kinda hoping to use http://ip-lookup.net/ if there is a way.

You need to find a site for which the IP address is a parameter inside the URL.
Here is a site/URL like that:
http://www.geoiptool.com/fr/?IP=
