After updating to the latest version 1.1186 Nod32 is detecting logmein as a virus. Is this a false positive or is my logmein infected?

    C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\LogMeIn.exe - probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus [7]

Submit the file to Eset so they can fix it or add it if it really is a new virus.

I would guess it is a false positive.

Check the date of the file to see if it has changed. Also, right-click on the file, go to Properties, and look at the Version tab. The legit file would proabably have something about LogMeIn or 3am Labs in the description.

Also make sure your NOD32 is fully up to date.
