    Hi all,
My Local Area Network icon usually appear soon after Avira umbrella tray icon (Guard) open, But recently I have to wait about 30 second more for the Local Area Network icon to appear after the Avira tray icon open, but I still able to surf the web even the Local Area Network icon haven't appear yet o_O . Windows Firewall also take longer time to startup.
Anyway to fix this problem? Sorry for my poor English...
    Thanks

Use the combination of msconfig and boot-logging for targeting your bottleneck.
*So long as CC doesn't handle reg-cleaning, I'd drop Avira from the boot test.

And on your part did you venture to remove or disable Avira for a test boot? My first link's the one that really matters.
