Last week I bought a new computer and since I'm not planning to use my old one anymore I installed LnS in the new one. But when I use my registration code to validate the firewall it doesn't work. Do I have to buy a new LnS or do I do something wrong in the validating process?

The serial number is tied to your hardware.

Therefore just contact them with your original purchase details and a new serial will be issued.

    Support page; http://www.looknstop.com/En/support2.htm

Painless, quick process which I carried out a few months ago.

And/alternatively you can send your registration email/Order ID/Current serial in a PM to Frederic.

You should receive an answer within/less than, 24 hours.

Even in less than 12 hours :) What a relief, to have this simple but so powerful tool up and running again!

As far as the hardware-ID is concerned, I suppose the same goes for Phant0m's ruleset; I saw this ID together with the license number, just to be sure I tried to install the ruleset on my new PC but nothing happened. So I sent Phant0m a message two days ago but did not (yet) receive any answer. Anybody here can tell more about this?

    Hi Hank,

I hadn't received any e-mails from you yet, please verify the e-mail left your outbox folder and it's being sent to the right destination.

    Regards,
    Phant0m``

Thanks Phant0m. I just checked the 'sent' box at Mt. Olympus and as far as I can see my message was sent to you, but may be I made a mistake somewhere, somehow, it happens to me from time to time ;)

I did also receive your message, so things will be OK soon, I suppose :)

Next time I will do that, Phant0m...promise :D

In the meantime I have already received your e-mail with the new serial number, and I installed your ruleset without any problem whatsoever.

    Many thanks!!
    Hank
