lkeext.etl mystery?

    Tiny Watcher told me that this file had been created, and asked me to confirm/remove/volatile etc. and not having a "scoobie" what it was, I tried to
    find some info, but couldn't find anything, except that it's an "Event Trace Log" (according to MS), and something to do with performance(?).
    I can't find where it's located, and it's not in System32 for me to check it.
    I'm guessing it's ok, but any info/insight would be welcome, thanks.
