Live grid and detection

Hi,

This morning, i have send by software a malware not detected in 6974 (it is current version when i write)

I get email with reply :

Dear Inster,

Thank you for your submission.
The detection for this threat will be included in our next signature update.

****_ACCES_LIMITE.exe - Win32/HackTool.NetHacker.C trojan

I think, my software will detecte this in 6975
But why in the "live grid" it is not in red? why don't show alert ?



During now 4 hours this virus (trojan/worm) is in the wild and infect many computer

I think "live grid" should be improved and detect malware when the update is not ready or is not yet downloaded

It is just feedback

The file is not yet known, it's been reported from 1 computer worldwide so far.

 

okay is now detected in 6975 but my question (sorry for my bad english)

Why the cloud is not detected while the researcher was marked as bad ?

Because at 1pm i have reply for say me "ok is detected soon" and update is at more 6pm

During this 6 hours, all the virus are in the wild to next update, why live grid don't protect during this 6 hours ?

for exemple : "Warning this file are reported bad on in live grid, are you sure to launch ?"

Because a "live grid" just for show green software it is useless lool
