List of Lists update

Just curious -- what's the point of linking to grcnews/article -- a meaningless page as far as I can tell? Why not just link to to the new links page ONLY?

 

I'm guessing ad money?

The update info is posted at grc.news.latestversion.
There you can find the info like "9 new and 55 updated items in 39 lists" (example from Ron's last post).
As far as I know that info is not posted at the New Links page of the List of Lists.
So, if you want to post that info, it looks to be right to give the source of it.

Does that make sense?

Back to that GRC link and the New Links page:
I wrote that info like "9 new and 55 updated items in 39 lists" is not posted at the New Links page. True, but if you do some simple math there you get the same info as posted in grc.news.latestversion.
