Lisecensed Operator needs help

Hi:

I formatted my pc lastnight, and trying to get my TDS-3 to become a full working version. I have the email TDS sent me but it seems like its not accepting the bin file, I think im renaming it wrong.

Im renaming it to: tds.kf and dumping it in my tds3 dir.
And its not working.

Hi Henry & welcome, Nearly correct TDS3.KF Should be about 5KB and, as you stated, placed in the main TDS3 folder

I renamed it to TDS3.KF, 5kb binfile

 

Did you receive the file as a zip in your email?
If you did then all you need to do is extract that file straight into your TDS3 folder

 

no zip, just a UNTITLED.BIN (4.09 KB (4,192 bytes)

 

Hmmmmm size seems right, name seems right now, best you submit it to support to be tested support@diamondcs.com.au with the email address you used originally etc. Maybe the email scanner damaged it, although not expecting that.

must of been corrupt. luckily i had a backup.
