    Hi all,

Let us be geeky for a moment or two. I've written a long tutorial introducing the lsof (list open files) utility, a powerful, versatile tool for solving all kinds of system problems; includes a dandy practical example.

You should read this if you're quarter-serious about Linux.

    Great tutorial,

I've been on Linux Mint 9 far more often than Windows.
I'd be on Linux 100% of the time if I didn't need Skype to do a radio
    program.

Yup there is but isn't anywhere near in development as the Windows versions.
Sometimes Linux apps gets the shaft. It uses too much cpu with pulseaudio.
