Limited User Account (LUA) firewall?

Are there any outbound firewalls that are compatible with multiple limited user accounts?

What I mean is: limited accounts having separate corresponding firewall profiles that would be configurable (IP addresses, protocols, etc.) for each limited account.

If not, can any HIPS with simple network access do something like this?

If you need an outbound ONLY firewall i cant reply,but if you need a firewall (which could even become out only i guess) which can have a specific configuration for each user ,that is certainly Jetico 1.0.
I have happily been using it always with a ltd user account.
